All fair entry submissions regardless of type are due Friday, July 3, 2026WHY? #tellmemore All fair entries must be submitted by the deadline for the fair to prepare entry tags, assign stalls, cure and correct entry submissions, prepare judging sheets, complete administrative tasks and logistical considerations for stalls and display in each department.
WHAT IF? #thingshappen
If for any reason that your exhibit is not ready, prepared, finished or otherwise by the exhibit arrival date, there is no penalty; let the department know that you did not bring that exhibit and your entry submission and entry tag will be scratched.
