GENERAL RULES
- All exhibits must have been completed by exhibitor since the previous fair and not previously exhibited.
- All creative crafts must have been made by the exhibitor since last year’s fair. State whether print, copy or original design
- Lamps and light fixtures must be provided with shade and bulb.
- Wall decorations, artistic displays, plaques, pictures, and posters must have a secure and sturdy hanging device appropriate for their weight to ensure their ability to be hung for display.
- Limit of 3 (three) entries per Class accepted, provided each entry is unique and different. They may not be the same type of craft entered under another Class. Describe entries with type of item, materials, and colors. Example: Necklace-beaded, pink; Teapot - blue, white, ceramic.
- Work from instruction and/or kits acceptable. Please specify “ORIGINAL DESIGN” on the entry submission in order to be eligible to be judged for a special ribbon.
- Each item must be entered individually (except for collections). You may be asked to assist the superintendent in set up if needed. Collections will be judged as a set. A collection set at no less than three items; if you have more for the collection, please specify and make arrangements with the department superintendent, space is limited. Every effort will be made to display the collection in its entirety.
- LEGOS will not be accepted as crafts.
- All exhibits must be in place by 8pm Tuesday.
