EXHIBITS DUE: Tuesday of Fair Week from 2pm-8pm
LOCATION: Exhibit Building
EXHIBITS RELEASED: Sunday 4pm

*All entries must be submitted by the deadline for the fair to prepare entry tags, administrative tasks and logistical considerations for display in each department. If for any reason that your exhibit is not ready, prepared, finished or otherwise by the exhibit drop off date, there is no penalty; let the department know that you did not bring that exhibit and your entry submission and entry tag will be scratched.

GENERAL RULES
  • Items are disqualified if soiled, showing wear, too fragile to exhibit or otherwise unworthy of being judged.
  • All exhibits must have been completed by exhibitor since the previous fair.
  • Limit of three entries per Class and are not identical.
  • Indicate if article an original design or traditional pattern. Identify pattern name and/or give credit to designer.
  • Using judge’s discretion, recognition given for Best Traditional Quilt and Best Original Quilt.
  • Please indicate on entry description:
    • AM: Amateur – No work marketed or sold. May have assistance or instruction.
    • AD: Advanced – Some work marketed.
    • PRO: Professional – Work marketed or sold.
    • GROUP: Group – Any quilt made by more than one person. Round robin quilts would be included in this category. Enter group quilts under name of quilt owner and note who contributed to work. A quilt may be entered in the group category only by one of its makers who is responsible for gaining the permission of all others who worked on the project. Any awards, prizes, etc. given only to person who entered item. Not included in this category are quilts pieced by one person and commercially quilted.
  • All exhibits must be in place by 8pm Tuesday.
