SUNDAY, AUGUST 9, 2026

  • 10 am–1 pm: Camper Haul-In - ONE DAY ONLY
  • 1 pm–5 pm: Exhibit Building opens for booth placement
  • 1 pm–5 pm: Fair Office hours


MONDAY, AUGUST 10, 2026

  • 9 am–5 pm: Fair Office hours
  • 10 am: Exhibit Building opens for booth placement; booths must be in place by 8 pm


TUESDAY, AUGUST 11, 2026

  • 9 am–5 pm: Fair Office hours
  • 10am: Western Games 4-H State Qualifier, Bill Conboy Arena
  • 12pm–8 pm: All NON-LIVESTOCK EXHIBITS must be checked in and placed in the Exhibit Building for all entries in Open Adult, Open Youth, 4-H and FFA.
    • Save time and PRE-ENTER before the Exhibit Drop Off Day - your entry tags will be ready for you if you submit entries by Sunday, August 9.
  • 2-4 pm: Horse entry arrival. No horses in stalls without MANDATORY VET CHECK. All exhibitors required to stall for Fair duration. Only lead-line and Wednesday horses five and under classes may haul in.
  • 4:30 pm: MANDATORY Horse Exhibitors Meeting in grandstands
  • 6 pm: Western Games Begins with Cloverleaf Barrel pattern, Bill Conboy Arena



WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 12, 2026

  • 8 am–10 pm: Fair Office hours
  • 8 am: Open Horse Show - Horse Classes begin
  • 10 am–12 pm: SWINE VET CHECK & WEIGH IN; Bruce Cameron Livestock Barn
  • 12 pm–2:30 pm: RABBITS, POULTRY & CAVY VET CHECK & CAGING; Small Animal Barn
  • 12 pm – 1pm: SHEEP & ALL GOATS VET CHECK & WEIGH IN; Bruce Cameron Livestock Barn
  • 2–4 pm: BEEF & DAIRY CATTLE VET CHECK & WEIGH IN; Bruce Cameron Livestock Barn
  • 2:30 pm: Rabbit, Poultry & Cavy exhibitors meeting; Small Animal Barn
  • 5:15 pm: MANDATORY Livestock exhibitors meeting
  • 4 pm: Ranch Sorting Bill Conboy Arena
  • 10 pm: CURFEW - animal welfare check, all barns closed to the public



THURSDAY, AUGUST 13, 2026

  • 7 am–10 pm: Fair Office hours
  • 7 am: All stalls and alleys must be clean
  • 9 am: Exhibit Building Opens
  • 8 am: Swine Exhibitors Meeting in Swine show ring
  • 8 am: Horse Classes begin
  • 8:30 am: Goat Exhibitors Meeting at the Goat show ring
  • 8:30 am: Goat Department Order of Show: Dairy Goat classes followed by Fiber Goat classes
  • 8 am: Market Swine classes begin, Breeding and Open Classes to follow
  • 8 am: Market Lamb classes begin, Breeding and Open Classes to follow
  • 9 am: Cavy Showmanship followed by Conformation Classes; Small Animal Barn
  • 10 am: Beef Market Classes Begin
  • 11 am: Market Goat classes Check-in
  • 12 pm: Market Goat classes estimated to begin; followed by Chapter/Club Herd, Breedstock
  • 1 pm: Peewee Swine Showmanship; Following: Swine Department Costume Class will be held 30 minutes AFTER the completion of Peewee Swine Showmanship.
  • 1 pm: Rabbit Showmanship; conformation classes follow
  • 1:30 pm: KPUD demonstration
  • 2 pm: Goat Groom Squad
  • 3 pm: Goat Exhibitors Meeting - Mandatory; Dairy Goat show ring
  • 4:30 pm: OPEN AND FAMILY PENNING Pending Horse Show Completion
  • 5pm-7pm: Reno's Stage Live Music
  • 5 pm–7 pm: Kick-Off BBQ
  • 7:30 pm: COWBOY AUCTION at Reno's Stage; FOLLOWING: Penning Finals, Family Penning First

FRIDAY, AUGUST 14, 2026

  • 7 am–10 pm: Fair Office hours
  • 7 am: All stalls and alleys must be clean
  • 7:30 am: Dog Check-in
  • 8 am: Dog Showmanship and Obedience Classes begin
  • 9 am: Exhibit Building Opens
  • 8 am: Sheep Showmanship begins
  • 8 am: Swine Showmanship begins
  • 8 am: Horse Classes begin
  • 8:45am: Beef Department Judge's Meeting, Show Ring
  • 9 am: Beef Showmanship Begins
  • 9 am: Poultry Market Classes; Small Animal Barn
  • 9 am: Dairy Goat Showmanship
  • 10 am: Meat Goat Showmanship estimated to begin
  • 1 pm: All-Around Showmanship Contest (Beef, Dairy Cattle, Dairy Goats, Meat Goats, Sheep, Swine and Horses.)
  • 1:30 pm: KPUD demonstration
  • 2 pm: Utility Goat Showmanship and Open Utility Goat Class
  • 3 pm: Open Branding begins; finals follow; Western Games Awards presented before Branding Finals.
  • 6 pm: Archery Open Shoot Vegas Style, sign in at 5:30, open to public, entry fees by donation; Joan Frey Indoor rena
  • 8 pm: Exhibit Building closes
  • 8 pm: Small Animal Barn closes
  • 8pm: ALL NEW ROOTBEER GARDEN Youth Dance & Live DJ
  • 10 pm: CURFEW - animal welfare check, all barns closed to the public


SATURDAY, AUGUST 15, 2026

  • 6 am: Work Arena and Stock
  • 7 am–10 pm: Fair Office hours
  • 7 am: All stalls and alleys must be clean
  • 7:30 am: Dog Check-in
  • 8 am: Dog Agility and Jumpers Agility Classes begin
  • 8 am: Small Animal All Around Showman Contest; Small Animal Barn
  • 8:30 am: Dairy Goat Milking Contest followed by Costume, Goat Calling and Agility classes
  • 8:30 am: County Team Roping Event; Bill Conboy Arena
  • 9 am: Exhibit Building opens
  • 9 am: Archery 4-H Buckle Competition; check in at 8:30; Joan Frey Indoor Arena
  • 9 am: PARADE PARTICIPANTS ASSEMBLE at Goldendale Primary School
  • 10 am: DOWNTOWN PARADE STARTS
  • 11:45 am: Parade of Champions (line-up at 11:30)
  • 12:15 pm: Hay & Grain King awards presented in the Bill Conboy Arena
  • 12:30 pm: NPRA RODEO begins
  • 1 pm: Small Animal Costume & Drag Races; Small Animal Barn
  • 2 pm–3 pm: Rabbit Judging Contest; Small Animal Barn
  • 4 pm: Phil Garner Memorial Steak Dinner

SUNDAY AUGUST 16, 2026

  • 6 am: Work Arena & Stock

  • 7:30 am: RODEO SLACK BEGINS
  • 9 am: Dog Check-in, Classes begin at 9am
  • 9 am: Rally Obedience Dog Bowl
  • 9 am: Goat Exhibitors Meeting followed by Awards
  • 9 am: Exhibit Building opens
  • 9:30 am: Horse Awards and Exhibitors MANDATORY MEETING, Eleanor Dooley Memorial Livestock Barn
  • 10 am: Livestock Judging Contest
  • 10 am: Archery 4-H Fun Shoot; check in 9:30; Joan Frey Indoor Arena
  • 12:15 pm: LIVESTOCK PARADE (line up at 11:45)
  • 1pm–4 pm: State Fair Sign-up in the Exhibit Building; 4-H Department
  • 1 pm: Dog Costume Class
  • 1 pm: NPRA RODEO starts
  • 2 pm: All breeding stock released
  • 3 pm: 4-H Awards, at 4-H Department in the Exhibit Building
  • 3 pm: Livestock Exhibitor's Ice Cream Social at the Reno's Stage
  • 3 pm: All Livestock Barns Closed to the Public (haul out)
  • 3 pm: HORSES RELEASED STALLS CLEANED & DECORATIONS REMOVED
  • 3:00 pm: Exhibit Building closes for exhibit take down
  • 4:00 pm: Exhibits released from Exhibit building.
  • 4:30 pm: ALL LIVESTOCK EXHIBITS RELEASED Decorations removed and stalls cleaned
  • 5 pm: Exhibit Building closes. Any exhibits not claimed will be taken to the Fair Office
