General Rules
- Utility Goat Showmanship Division
This is a combined class for pack and cart goat. DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR ALL AROUND SHOWMANSHIP. This class will be based strictly on knowledge and putting on your pack/harness and cart. Please wear appropriate clothing for this class. There is no course for this class.
- Utility Goat Division
Combined lot – 4-H, FFA and Open judged together. All males must be wethers. Pack/Trail animals allowed to show with horns. Horns must be blunted/padded for exhibitor and judge safety while in the ring. Animals entered expected to be mature enough to perform function for which trained without injury to animal or exhibitor. Animal and exhibitor should be shown in full gear for their appropriate class. If animal refuses an obstacle three times, it must move on to the next obstacle.
