GENERAL RULES
- Exhibitors should identify each exhibit as to Division, Class, Description, and Breed before presenting the exhibit for entry
- Fleece must be removed from fiber animal owned by exhibitor
- Fleece shall not be more than 12 months growth. The definition of 12 months shall be the definition commonly accepted by the wool trade.
- No more than two entries/class/exhibitor.
- All fleeces should be skirted and as free of foreign material as possible, including straw, dirt, and baling twine.
- Fleeces are to be shown untied, with flesh side out, in a clear plastic bag. Colored fleeces judged according to criteria established by the Natural Colored Wool Growers Association.
- All judge’s decisions are final.
- Exhibitors to indicate class for which fleece eligible with class number determined by grade of wool or breed. If class number not properly determined, it may be changed at the judge’s discretion.
- All entries must be in place by 8pm Tuesday
