The Fair has new and improved ways to enter your exhibits without all the handwriting! All entry tags will be pre-printed when you pre-enter your exhibits and ready when you arrive on drop off day saving you time and a lot of pencil fatigue. Updated procedures and timelines are noted below. See you in August!

PRE-ENTRY REQUIRED. ENTRY FORMS can be submitted ONLINE (Coming Soon) or by Mail (print/fill entry forms will be published with each department catalog as they become available). Online entries accepted until midnight PST on August 5, 2025.Postmarks must be no later than August 1, 2025. You can also drop off your entry forms at the Klickitat County Extension Office at 115 W Court MS-102, Goldendale, WA 98620.

Exhibit Drop Off Day: August 12, 2025 from 12pm - 8pm
Exhibit Building Drop Off Day instructions:

• Welcome Table - pick up your pre-printed entry tags (thanks to pre-entry, no handwriting!) and claim tickets
• Distribute - take your items with their entry tags to each department for check in
• Superintendents & Clerks - confirm entry tag and item as listed in judging sheet; submit changes to on site Fair Entry Team as needed
• Easy In and Easy Out Exhibiting - COMING SOON!
