Exhibits & Entry Forms are Due at Exhibit Building
Entry forms, entry information, and guidance for exhibiting are available below. On Tuesday of Fair week, entries and forms (download and print below) are accepted from 12-8pm. Check in at the Exhibit Building main entrance (north side) to receive your exhibitor number from the clerk. The clerk will receive your entry form(s) and issue exhibitor tags for you to fill in. Once your tags are filled in, you will then drop off the item and the tags at the Department you are entering and receive a claim check to pick up the item(s) at the conclusion of the fair. Additional entry forms are available at the check-in as well as below. Fill in ONE entry form PER Department.

If you have more than 10 exhibits, you must arrive before 7pm.

Exhibit Building open

Sunday
9am-4pm: Exhibit Building open
1pm-4pm: State Fair sign-ups
