March 16, 2025 - BEEF DEPARTMENT PRE-SHOW
  • Weigh in at Fairgrounds from 1-4pm
  • Steer MUST BE HALTER BROKE and led across the scales by halter
  • Proof of Exhibitor ownership required

May 4, 2025 - SWINE DEPARTMENT PRE-SHOW
  • West End Weigh-in at Columbia High School in White Salmon, WA from 9am - 11am. View map/directions here: White Salmon Weigh In Map & Directions
  • East End Weigh-in at Klickitat County Fairgrounds from 4-6pm
  • An exhibitor can attend either weigh-in, they must attend one to get weighed and tagged to be eligible for Klickitat County Fair
  • Livestock biosecurity practices will be strictly adhered to

  • Exhibit Building Entries - NEW IN 2025 - PRE-ENTRY REQUIRED. ENTRY FORMS can be submitted ONLINE or by Mail. Online entries accepted until midnight PST on August 5, 2025. Postmarks on mail in entry forms must be no later than August 1, 2025. Exhibit Drop Off Day: August 12, 2025 from 12-8pm at the Exhibit Building.

August 8, 2025 - FFA RECORD BOOKS, DISPLAYS, FARM SHOP EXHIBITS - TURN IN DAY ONLY

August 12, 2025 - EXHIBIT BUILDING *EXHIBITS* DUE

  • Exhibit Building Entries - **Exhibits** are due at the Exhibit Building from 12-8pm. Bring your entry confirmation (from your online entry confirmation email) and pick up your pre-printed entry tags and claim tickets at the welcome table to accompany your items to drop off with clerk at each department for check in.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 10, 2025

  • 10 am–2 pm: Camper Haul-In - ONE DAY ONLY
  • 1 pm–5 pm: Exhibit Building opens for booth placement
  • 1 pm–5 pm: Fair Office hours


MONDAY, AUGUST 11, 2025

  • 9 am–5 pm: Fair Office hours
  • 10 am: Exhibit Building opens for booth placement; booths must be in place by 8 pm


TUESDAY, AUGUST 12, 2025

  • 9 am–5 pm: Fair Office hours
  • Noon–8 pm: All NON-LIVESTOCK EXHIBITS must be checked in and placed in the Exhibit Building for all entries in Open Adult, Open Youth, 4-H and FFA. PRE-ENTRY IS REQUIRED, THIS IS FOR EXHIBIT DROP OFF AND CHECK IN ONLY.
  • 2–4 pm: Horse entry arrival. No horses in stalls without MANDATORY VET CHECK. All exhibitors required to stall for Fair duration. Only lead-line and Wednesday horses five and under classes may haul in.
  • 4:30 pm: MANDATORY Horse Exhibitors Meeting in grandstands
  • 6 pm: Western Games Begins with Cloverleaf Barrel pattern



WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 13, 2025

  • 10 am–12 pm: SWINE VET CHECK & WEIGH IN; Bruce Cameron Livestock Barn
  • 12 pm–2:30 pm: RABBITS, POULTRY & CAVY VET CHECK & CAGING; Small Animal Barn
  • 12 pm – 1pm: SHEEP & MEAT GOAT VET CHECK & WEIGH IN; Bruce Cameron Livestock Barn
  • 2 pm - 3pm: NON-MEAT GOAT VET CHECK & WEIGH IN; Eleanor Dooley Livestock Barn
  • 2–4 pm: BEEF & DAIRY CATTLE VET CHECK & WEIGH IN; Bruce Cameron Livestock Barn
  • 2:30 pm: Rabbit, Poultry & Cavy exhibitors meeting; Small Animal Barn

  • 12 pm: Dairy Cattle Classes, Open classes follow
  • 12:30 pm: Storytime at the Bookmobile
  • 1 pm: All-Around Showmanship Contest (Beef, Dairy Cattle, Dairy Goats, Meat Goats, Sheep, Swine and Horses.)
  • 2 pm: Pack Goat Showmanship and open Pack Goat Class

  • 7:30 am: Dog Check-in, Classes begin at 8am
  • 8 am: Dog Showmanship begins followed by Obedience classes; Dog Agility classes follow the lunch break
  • 8 am: Small Animal All Around Showman Contest; Small Animal Barn
  • 8 am: Archery Vegas Style Shoot – Open to the Public; $20 entry fee; registration at 7:30am at Joan Frey Arena
  • 8:30 am: Dairy Goat Milking Contest followed by Costume, Goat Calling and Agility classes
  • 8:30 am: County Team Roping Event; Bill Conboy Arena
  • 9 am: Exhibit Building opens
  • 9 am: PARADE PARTICIPANTS ASSEMBLE at Goldendale Primary School
  • 10 am: DOWNTOWN PARADE STARTS
  • 11 am: Storytime at the Bookmobile

  • 9 am: Exhibit Building opens
  • 9:30 am: Horse Awards and Exhibitors MANDATORY MEETING, Eleanor Dooley Memorial Livestock Barn
  • 9 am: Church Service by Centerville Community Church at the Reno's Stage
  • 10 am: Livestock Judging Contest
  • 10:30 am: Reno's Stage Entertainment Begins
  • 12:15 pm: LIVESTOCK PARADE (line up at 11:45)
  • 1pm–4 pm: State Fair Sign-up in the Exhibit Building; 4-H Department
  • 1 pm: Dog Costume Class

  • 4:00 pm: Exhibits released from Exhibit building.
  • 4:30 pm: ALL LIVESTOCK EXHIBITS RELEASED Decorations removed and stalls cleaned
  • 5 pm: Exhibit Building closes. Any exhibits not claimed will be taken to the Fair Office
