Camping Registration Process
- Registration forms must be complete and submitted by June 12, 2026 online or by mail. Do not mail fees. All fees due on day of arrival.
- All incomplete forms will be returned and removed from lottery request of electrical.
- Haul in, registration and payment takes place on ONE DAY ONLY, Sunday, August 9 from 10am-1pm.
- If you received an electrical site, it must be filled by Sunday at 1pm with no exceptions or the camp site will be forfeited.
- All sites must be filled by Sunday at 1pm unless otherwise arranged with Camping Committee.
- One Campsite includes: one camping unit, two vehicle parking permits, and tent (with additional fee).
- Two Season Passes must be purchased with the camping registration fee. Additional Season Passes for all ages will be available for purchase at the registration table on haul-in day. Daily Passes can be purchased at the gates beginning August 13 at 7am.
Fee Schedule
- Grass Campsite – non-electrical $80
- Prime Gravel Campsite – non-electrical $120
- Electrical Campsite – electrical $160
- Season Passes $20 each
- Additional Tent on Campsite – $20
Campsite Placement & Considerations
- Camping sites are reserved for fair personnel, superintendents, and exhibitors.
- All sites are placed at the discretion of the Camping Committee or the Executive Fairboard.
- Clubs/families wishing to be spaced together must state so at the time of registration.
- There will be no moving once they are assigned, no guarantee of such request.
- Receipt of money and/or medical needs are not a guarantee of Electrical/Water sites.
- The Camping Committee and/or the Executive Fairboard reserves the right to make changes at their discretion or as deemed necessary.
Campsite Rules
- There must be an adult of 21 minimum age staying in each camp site. A site without adult supervision will be removed from the grounds.
- Curfew for all generators/excessive noise will be 11 p.m. Violators will be subject to expulsion from the grounds and/or forfeiture of premium money.
- NO LIVESTOCK IN CAMPING AREA PERMITTED
- Camping and Vehicle Permits must be placed where visible.
- Your vehicle/camper/horse trailer/or visiting vehicles shall be towed at the owner’s expense if parked in a fire line, has no displayed permit, or is in the wrong camping site or in a non-designated parking area. No attempt will be made to find the owner.
- Dogs/pets not involved in the fair must be kept contained at the campsite at all times with the exception of service animals.
- The Klickitat County Fair & Rodeo and Klickitat County assumes no responsibility for damage or injuries.
